There are so many small things you can do to stage your home for a quick sell! With it being a seller’s market, I thought I would share a few of my favorite tips.🏡

1. Yard work is keen! You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
2. Always make sure your home is clean and well organized to make the space feel bigger.
3. Make sure your home is well lit. Replacing bad bulbs or switching them to all white lights or all yellow lights is key in attracting new buyers.
4. Make those easy repairs that you’ve been putting aside. Buyers always notice small items that cost money.
