☀️ Hello & Happy Monday! We have a quick announcement to make & I greatly apologize if it comes off as rude or mean… That is not my intention. This is simply about our services & rental supplies. Our clients are all amazing! But we felt the need to get this out there & to explain why.
🛒 We are so proud to provide a supply shopping service 😊 Or just creating a shopping list of all possible amenities & items for owners to purchase & restock themselves… CleanWorks Property Services LLC offers the best of both worlds 🌎
📝 Simply let us know the service you are interested in & we will handle it for a small service fee 👍🏼 Our clients are well taken care of. Our team gives what we can when we can all the time… but we are starting to wear thin over our growth.
🗑️ Even if it’s just transporting supplies from cabin to cabin because the owner or renters didn’t or couldn’t at that time. Or taking time to look & write down supplies needing refilled or missing. Or taking time to shop for those items &/or put them away properly. Or all of the leaf blowing to the decks & patios, wiping down any patio furniture, performing deep cleaning tasks occasionally, wiping outside windows occasionally, cleaning grills, & way more. We have done all of this for free. Many many times.
⏰ However, our time is just as important as anyone’s. This company can no longer provide free services. If you hire us to perform a service, that is the only service we will perform for you at that time - unless additional services are discussed. And we feel that nothing more should be expected of us.
