Titan Land Management is looking for a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to run jobs, lead crews, and keep projects moving.

This is NOT an entry-level position.
We’re looking for someone who can take control of a job site and get it done right.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Run a 2–3 man crew
• Keep jobs on schedule
• Coordinate materials (no delays)
• Read plans and execute the work
• Solve problems before they become issues

🧠 What You MUST Have:
• Builder’s license (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years framing
• 5+ years finish carpentry
• Ability to run a job without being babysat

I’m one of the cheapest guys I know.

Spend 20–30 minutes educating yourself on realistic pricing for your type of project.
Google average costs. Look up per-square-foot ranges. Watch a few short videos. Get a ballpark idea.

Because when a contractor drives to your home, walks the project, measures, estimates materials, calculates labor, and builds a proposal… that’s 1–2 hours of real time invested.

Since 2020, we’ve watched a quiet divide turn into a canyon.

Here in Muskegon and across West Michigan, what used to be middle-class attainable is now out of reach.
