I must share my experience with this awesome woman. I met Robin at a friends party and had heard from a few friends and family how she was a spitfire when it comes to selling/buying a home. We signed a listing with her for our property up north in October 2018, had an offer in January 2019 and papers signed February. SOLD!!!
All done "long distance" as we are in Florida. I would have never ever thought this could even be processed without flying home for the closing. If I held a openhouse with a lender present to answer buying a new home questions buyers have - do you know anyone that may attend? If so, tag them for me. No pressure, just curious if there is a need. Potential buyers don't realize all the programs to help with closing costs and down payments or need advise on credit repair.
