Every agent’s journey looks a little different, and Monica Badzinski’s Wise Oak story began just this year. 🏡✨

Monica joined us in March as a brand-new REALTOR®, ready to learn, work hard, and build a career she could be proud of. Watching her jump in, ask questions, gain confidence, and become part of the Wise Oak family has been pretty special. We’re grateful she trusted us with the beginning of her real estate journey. 💙

As our 5th anniversary celebration continues, we’re sharing another perspective from someone who has become an important part of the Wise Oak family: Doug Eckert! 🏡✨

Doug brings plenty of personality to our team, along with a willingness to share what he knows, learn from those around him, and always show up for his clients. We’re grateful for everything he brings to Wise Oak, cookies included. 😉🍪

One thing we’ve loved about this series is seeing just how many different things can make a brokerage feel like the right fit. Doug has his own take on that, and we think it’s worth hearing.
