I say this all the time! Be careful, if your gut is saying run, RUN!

Renters should always call the Realtor if they see a for-sale sign in the yard of a listed rental, to see if it's legit. It's probably not.

Thank you R&B Tree Services! I had some clients buy a house recently that had a very large cottonwood tree on the property. It looked diseased. So I recommended R&B for the removal. They came out today. It took 3 hours to finish the job but wow! They even picked up the little sticks.

Reason number 14,001 on why to use a Realtor with your areal Estate needs! My clients are selling their house. Buyers set up inspections. Everything went well,,,,,,until. My sellersteturned home, hit garage door opener and their door buckled! Turns out someone that came accidently locked the overhead door! They called me extremely upset not knowing what had happened. I believe I used the word tourqued.

After making a few calls, I went over to meet the rep from one of the 2 inspection companies that had come out. Cooler conversations occurred and someone will be out to fix their door in the next few days. The inspectors rep was professional and my sellers are get to proceed on to closing!
