Some weeks in real estate are smooth and some feel like every deal has a new surprise waiting around the corner.

This week was a mix of contracts, inspections, showings, schedule changes, and trying to keep multiple transactions alive at once while also balancing real life and family stuff in between.

Definitely one of those weeks where my calendar changed every hour, but we keep going.
