💙 Friend. Realtor. Advocate. Sometimes all at once.

One thing I’ve learned in this business is that not every friend will support your business, and that’s okay.

But the friends who do? The ones who trust you with one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives? Those moments carry a weight that is hard to put into words.

Buying or selling a home is rarely just paperwork and signatures. It’s excitement, uncertainty, stress, memories, hopes, and sometimes even tears. It’s a chapter ending or a new one beginning.

Many people believe business and personal relationships shouldn’t mix. Truthfully, there are times when that can be challenging. The stakes are high, emotions run deep, and everyone wants what’s best for the people they care about.

That’s why when friends choose me to represent them, I take that responsibility seriously. My friendship may open the door, but professionalism, communication, honesty, and hard work have to carry us across the finish line.

🏡 Another condo sold!

One thing I always tell my clients: not all condos are created equal.

Buying a condo is about so much more than the purchase price. HOA fees, insurance costs, special assessments, financing requirements, rental restrictions, future maintenance, and the overall health of the community all play a major role in determining whether a condo is truly the right fit.

Today’s condo market is saturated with options. Some buyers are looking for a vacation getaway, some want an investment property, and others are searching for a primary residence. Every situation is different, which is why having an agent who understands the local condo market—and the unique challenges and opportunities within each development—is so important.

Sometimes what appears to be the “cheap” option can end up costing much more in the long run. And if financing is involved, the process can become even more complex. That’s why transparency and guidance matter every step of the way.

I’m so happy we found the perfect fit for this client—and well below her original budget! We secured this condo for less than any recent comparable sale in the community. It will need a little cosmetic TLC, but I already know it’s going to be absolutely beautiful once the transformation is complete.
