Closing Day & Congratulations! 🏡🔑

After a little over a year of traveling back and forth to SC, my buyer friends finally decided it was time to make the move and call Little River home.

They came to me through a referral from past clients in the Bridgewater community, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of their journey. They took their time exploring different communities and ultimately found the perfect fit right here in Bridgewater!

Now they’re officially here with the keys to their beautiful new home. And they’re already ahead of the game with at least two friends waiting for them in the neighborhood. 😉

Every transaction has a story, and this one is extra special!

I first met this buyer at an open house when she wasn’t quite ready to make a move. From time to time, we would look at homes that caught her eye, knowing that when the right one came along, she’d be ready.

Long story short, we found “the one!”
We then listed her vacation home, which went under contract almost immediately, and we just closed!! 🏡
