"JACOB MULLINS IS A MIRACLE WORKER.
I had the most nightmare, impossible situation in the world,or so I thought..my house was extremely old,run down,made with materials that are now days not up to code. It was also jointly owned with my mother in another state from a death in the family whose estate was never closed and we didn't even have a clear deed.On top of everything my family was in a crisis situation and the sale of the house and relocation to another state was necessary and needed to happen FAST..I had 3 buyers and they all backed out.I felt completely hopeless..And I get a random phone call from the nicest most upbeat positive guy promising that all those obstacles weren't a problem for him.Well everyone I'm here to tell you MIRACLES do happen when you deal with Jacob Mullins...He delivered everything he promised and the some...He went above and beyond.answered every call, responded to every text,answered every question,and was completely thorough...not only is he an impeccable businessman but a great person and in the little time I had to wait for the close of the house (2 & 1/2weeks) I learned he was a wonderful father, and awesome friend.I will never forget Jacob Mullins and what he did for me and my family and for our future.HE HELPED CHANGE OUR LIVES..and he did it with ease, confidence and absolute professionalism.
I would recommend no one else except Jacob Mullins for your real estate needs.its like my grandaddy used to say ..
He could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves...and she'd come back for another the next day...
