Q2 Challenge 3/18/26

Started the day off with good conversation and a quick jam session with my son on the way to drop him off at school. Then off to a 10am final walk through on a beautiful home for my sweet clients. From there went to the office and signed up and started Marketing for an upcoming Open House (come see it!!) And finished up the day with a CTC for tomorrow!
Most of my calls and emails were directed to closing tomorrow.

Q2 challenge - 3/17/26

Happy St. Patrick’s day!! ☘️

Kicked off my work day with a real estate class! It’s always great to keep learning and watching agents helping agents. Made a St. Patty’s day TikTok with Kristin. (Wasn’t are best but still ridiculous!! 🤭) Left the office at 5:30pm. Picked up Nothing Bundt Cakes for Elijah’s 16th Bday (I’m getting old 😬) followed by Red Robin and a trip to Golf Galaxy. Perfect day for him! 🥳

Q2 challenge- 3/16/25

Monday already?!? How’d that happen?
Started off the day with a KW zoom at 8:30am. Got to the office at 9:30am and checked in with the lender, listing agent, attorney and clients about the upcoming closing. Had to get a couple documents prepared for signature and sent quite a few emails back and forth to tie up loose ends. Did some clean up on my data base and left the office early due to the tornado watch that was in effect. Continued to work from home until 5:30pm. Rueben’s for dinner and preparing for my baby to turn 16 tomorrow 😳☘️

Q2 challenge- 3/13/25

Happy Friday the 13th y’all!! Got to the office at 10am (already better than yesterday 😆) Focused on goals and checking in with a client that will be closing next week. Had some great brain storming with Kristin followed by a lunch with Jordyn at Tu Taco (yum 🌮🤤) Went back to the office and did some prospecting and printed a new Buyer’s guide (let me know if anyone wants one!!) Leaving the office right after I post this!!

Starting of the second quarter a little early

Q2 Challenge 💪 3/12/26
Got a late start to the work day. 😬
Stopped at the grocery store on the way to the office. Got to the office at 11am and snapped my pollen season pic before the rain started. Stayed and focused on my business til 5:45pm. I spent the day
- working on a closing that’s coming up next week and checking in with my client, lender and agent on the other side.
