Founded and operated by the Ferraro Family, Justin and Elizabeth treat their partners, clients and team members as such: family. Founded in 2013, Justin and Elizabeth Ferraro have evolved RPI into a full-service property inspection company that offers more
services than any competitor in the area. Justin, a United States Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, has been in the construction and real estate industry for over 25 years; previously owning a renovation and a home building company. Together, Justin & Elizabeth oversee the day-to-day operations, continuous growth of the team of inspectors, agent and partner engagement, planning and marketing, and community involvement. They are active members of InterNACHI® and the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®. Justin holds a South Carolina Residential Builders License and Residential Home Inspectors Licenses for South and North Carolina, while Elizabeth is a licensed REALTOR® in South and North Carolina. The couple has held volunteer positions as members of the CCAR Young Professionals Leadership Committee and Community Outreach Committee and the Conway Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Leadership Committee. They continue to be involved with Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach Christian Church and Project Golf Myrtle Beach. Giving back to the community and offering special services for first responders, active military and veterans is a priority. RPI was awarded ‘Affiliate of the Year’ by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® in 2017 and was voted ‘Best Home Inspector’ by My Horry News’ Readers’ Choice Awards in 2021 and 2022.
