Hiring the right Realtor for the job matters. Honesty and guidance are part of the job even if that is sometimes uncomfortable. This gorgeous home was on the market nearly 9 months with a previous agent leaving the seller’s frustrated and confused about why their home would not sell. We listed the home at a higher price point than the previous agent, marketed effectively, and had a ratified agreement within 12 days of going live. We recently closed- total days on market from listing to pending to closed was 55.
