A huge congratulations to my clients on having their offer accepted on 45 Woodhaven Drive, Unit D in Murrells Inlet!

They are purchasing this condo as a second home so they can escape those lovely Rhode Island winters — because at some point, shoveling snow loses its charm. 😂 Eventually, this will become their retirement spot, but for now it’s the perfect coastal getaway.

And the best part? They already know the secret: when everyone up north is bundled up and scraping ice off their windshield, they’ll be enjoying South Carolina sunshine — and hopefully a pool that’s never too crowded. That’s what I call a solid retirement strategy. 🌴☀️

I’m truly thankful they trusted me to help them find the right place here along the Grand Strand. I’m excited for them and can’t wait to see them enjoy this next chapter.

They moved here about a year ago, got settled into the area, and then decided it was time to stop paying someone else’s mortgage and start building equity in a home of their own. Smart move — and definitely more exciting than renewing another lease. 😂
