Let me tell you about my week in real estate 🏡

1. It’s turnover season for property management- students moving out and new tenants moving in (9th year of turnover. Got this shi$ down )
2. Buyer showings in fairmont
3. Secured 2 seller listings and got paperwork sent out and signed
4. Listing photos
5. Lost out on a property - representing buyer
6. Entered into my first dual agency transaction (representing the seller and the buyer)
7. Leased out 4 properties (yep, I’m a leasing agent also 🙃)
8. Picked up new property management client (she has 30 units)

With a life in real estate your day is never the same. You meet people, develop relationships, and clients become friends. I may be feeling a little crazy with being busy but BUSY in real estate is good 😊

**Late Post - On Friday I had a closing for the books 🏠 🔑 📚

I had the honor of closing on 2 properties with my mentor/friend Destiny as co-agents, while also helping my long term property management clients sale 2 of their remaining Morgantown investments. These clients are the reason I’m a realtor today; as they pushed me to spread my wings at Bel-Cross Properties and get my real estate license.

There were a few hurdles but Destiny guided me through the long investment sales process while also making sure I LEARN📓and BREATHE 😊.

Property management and investment sales isn’t for everyone but Destiny makes it look EASY while always putting the clients first 🖤❤️

So neat that the city of Morgantown offers this citizens academy. I applied this year and hope to get in 😁
