Gracious God, Even though I am walking through the valley, I praise you for all that you have given me. So often life presents me with such difficult circumstances and seasons, but I know that you are still good. You are continually pouring out goodness and joy even when it really doesn’t always feel like it. Help me lift my eyes above all that’s burying me down in darkness up to you, where there is always joy to be found. Lord, I know while we are on this earth, trials will continue to come, but help me keep my heart so strong and firm on the truth of where my ultimate joy here is found–in you. And where my ultimate hope and home is–in heaven. God, thank you for redeeming all things. Thank you for always being by my side. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

God is holy by nature. This means He cannot look upon sin with approval. Second, He is just. As a result, all wrongdoing—without exception—must be dealt with (Rom. 6:23). For those who think they can just remain in their sinful ways we must repent and stay away from our sinful ways. Yes God is Love but he will cannot and will not accept continued sin without dealing with it

Dear God, I come to You this morning seeking renewal and refreshment for my spirit. Wash over me with Your love and grace, rejuvenating my heart and mind. Help me to let go of yesterday's burdens and to embrace this day as a new beginning. May I walk with a renewed sense of purpose and joy, ready to face whatever comes my way. Thank You for Your endless mercy. Amen.

God has a purpose for your life, and He is constantly working to achieve it. He also has an overarching goal—to conform every believer to the image of His Son (Rom. 8:29). In order to do this, He may have to bring us through some struggles and heartaches. It might make no sense to us, but God knows exactly what He’s doing.

Father, you are so good. Because you are with me, I don’t ever have to be afraid or dismayed by all the things that I am facing today. The future may be scary, but I trust you, God, to walk beside me each day. I look to you to guide me in all the decisions that I have to make. I place my fears of tomorrow into your hands. Carry me, Lord, when I cannot take one more step. I cling to your promise that you will go before me. I can choose to trust you because your word says that you will be with me, that you will not leave me or forget me, ever. Lord, you know my tomorrow. You are the giver of my dreams. Let the things I am journeying through draw me closer to you, as I trust you to be there in each moment of my day. Let my life reflect your peace, your provision, and your purpose.
In your mighty name, Jesus, I pray. Amen.
