REALTORS have been in DC this week advocating for the 21st Century Road to Housing Act. We’re excited to see this progress and, with the final votes coming soon, the President signing it into law during Homeownership Month. Congress is on the verge of passing the 21st Century Road to Housing Act after the Senate voted 87-8 Tuesday night to advance the House's amended version of the bill. The 381-page bill includes 45 provisions aimed at expanding housing supply, cutting regulatory red tape, banning large institutional investors from the housing market, and updating the Community Development Block Grant program.
