I loved my grandfather so much and miss him today! He inspired me to go into the military and I am thankful today for his service and for having the time that we had together on this earth. He had a major stroke when I was young but he was always the stick that I measured myself against. Love you grandaddy!

The numbers are in for July 2021 and it shows that the seller's market is still strong. The median sales price is up 18.4% from July last year. However, as prices continue to rise it will begin to price some buyers out of the market and the trend will slow and start to flatten. This combined with a huge increase in developers adding new inventory will help stabilize the market into a more flat line rather than the increases over the past year.
