Sometimes life happens right after closing on what you thought was your forever home and you have to sell within a year. This isn't ideal and far from a pleasant experience, but that's when professionalism and attention to detail take over.
My Seller knew they were going to bring money to the closing table and thought about selling on their own. I explained that I understood but also believed this wasn't the time to find out what they didn't know.
I could screenshot texts and post it here but instead I'll just let you know that in the end after dealing with some of the Buyers they were faced with, they were glad they had an Agent representing them.
For this young family, moving onto their true forever home came at a price they happily paid for peace of mind and no more 2-hour commutes to Charleston, SC!
