The condo features two bedrooms, two bath, fully equipped kitchen including a brand new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Complimentary WiFi throughout the condo and flat screen TV with full channel cable lineup and DVD player. Coin operated laundry room open 24 hours is located on the first floor of

the building. Brand new picnic tables and grills have been installed for our guests by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool located between building III and II. The condo is 100% smoke and pet free. Shopping and dining is a short drive from A Place at the Beach III. For those guests flying into Myrtle Beach the airport is less than a 20 minute drive.
