Downstairs area has a large living space along with two sofa//futons, as well as a breakfast area, full kitchen, half bath, laundry area with washer and dryer, and door leading to the outside private patio area which is fenced and has a gate for easy access when returning from the beach. Patio area has a table, chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs, grill (charcoal) and a dry storage box filled with boogie boards, beach chairs and buckets. There is a small shower area on the back patio for rinsing off after you return to the beach( no enclosed). Upstairs has two bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen size beds that sleep a total of four, there is also a portable crib with temper pedic mattress, and a full size bath?shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath/shower. Both bedrooms are carpeted. Rental rates:
175.00 per night.
*In addition all rentals will have an additional cost of 75.00 pet fee (only dogs under 20 pounds) and a cleaning fee of 150.00
