To give you a little background about me, I grew up in a small town in Maryland where knowing everyone in town was a given. I went to a small college in NC to study marketing and business management even though I learned a great deal about business dealings watching my father as I grew up. He owned sporting goods stores and was very well-known in the community so I learned the value of building re
lationships with people and making sure they were taken care of. After college in 1995, I moved to Myrtle Beach to pursue my career in real estate. I decided to move here because my father owned property in a golf course development, and that is where we would vacation when I was younger. At an early age, I developed my love for resort style living. For the past 15 years, I have been very fortunate to work for three of the Top Resort Lifestyle Communities along the East Coast. My first community was Barefoot Resort, where I was the top selling agent year after year. My second community was Grande Dunes during the early 2000′s where unprecedented records were set for real estate sales. I am currently at North Beach Plantation in North Myrtle Beach. Having owned properties in all these beautiful resorts, I live the lifestyle that I sell! Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to make many friendships with many of my homeowners. Enjoying golfing, boating and the ocean, I do not consider what I do to be a job. I am a hard worker and taking care of my homeowners is important to me.
