In July 2026, Myrtle Beach ZIP codes 29572 and 29577 recorded:
🏠 58 single-family home sales — unchanged from July last year, with a median sale price of $480,000.
🏢 138 condo/townhome sales — down 9.8%, with a median sale price of $217,450.
🔑 Single-family inventory rose 14.3% year over year, giving buyers more homes to consider. Source: CCAR’s latest linked city report, which contains July data.

As of September 10, Freddie Mac’s national averages were:
• 30-year fixed: 6.76%
• 15-year fixed: 6.09%
