Can I share a "Circle of Life" story?
This past Monday morning, I attended a Memorial Service for a friend and yes, it made me 😔. And as our profession requires, you must keep going. And I did. Straight to a closing, where the title of "homeowner" was not the top thing on my client's mind!
You see, she was moving from Florida to be closer to her daughter who was already 7 days past her due date and was sitting right next to her at the closing table!!! Therefore, it's the title of "Grandmother" that's definitely the current priority!!Was I both nervous and excited for them after tears had just fallen an hour before?? Of course! Could it have been the most adventurous closing I've ever attended?? Most definitely!
As of right now, she still hasn't had the baby, but there's now a new house eagerly awaiting the sounds of a baby being showered with LOVE.
Let's all celebrate this very special new chapter for this family! ❤️👶🎀🎉

Wow - a home like this only a block from the ocean would be well over a million anywhere else along the East Coast. Still can't believe the deals you can get on luxury homes in our area. And in the coveted Papillon community, too? It is indeed special! Is this YOUR "Castle in the Sand"?
