I’m so thrilled to share that one of my dearest friends—and roommate when we were in our 20's—has just purchased her very first home! I am beyond excited that she’ll be living just 2 miles away from me in beautiful Little River, SC, only a couple of miles from the Cherry Grove Grand Strand beaches. It’s been nearly 20 years since I moved out of NJ, and I can hardly believe we’ll finally be neighbors again! 🏡👯‍♀️🌊

I feel so incredibly lucky and grateful that she let me help guide her through this huge milestone. Here’s to many, many years of happiness and wonderful memories in your new home, Lynn! I seriously cannot wait for you to get here in a few weeks! 🥂🗝️💕
