We are reaching out to inform you about Tropical Disturbance 94-L / Potential Tropical Storm Imelda and its potential impact on the Grand Strand area.
According to the latest reports, this system may affect our region as early as tomorrow, bringing heavy rainfall and possible storm conditions throughout the week.
Our on-site teams are on standby with a plan to secure all property if and when the time arrives.
For homeowners whose units are managed by the on-site rental management company, balcony furniture will be removed as a precaution.
If your unit is managed by an off-site rental company, please contact them directly to ensure your balcony furniture and personal property are secured. This is the homeowner’s responsibility.
