SOLD! 🎉 A little late posting this one but I need one more congratulations for my clients who not only sold their one of a kind home here in Conway, but also both retired from teaching at Coastal Carolina University for 25+ years in one swoop!

Thanks to Myrtle Beach Real Estate, The DeForrest Team, BRG and Juliann for their hard work getting this complex transaction closed! My sellers accepted an offer with the contingency of the buyers selling their home first. Everything worked out despite all the moving parts!
