As our home took shape, it was clear that this property was truly special. Many times along the way, my husband and I were tempted to sell our current home and move into this one. No corners were cut, and each room and detail was carefully considered.

Once listed, the interest was overwhelming, and we received a full-price cash offer within a week. This sale didn’t really surpass our expectations because we knew how special this home was, but there were quite a few doubters and naysayers along the way.
