If you are thinking there are way to many "for sale" signs appearing on lawns in Myrtle Beach this spring, YOU are exactly right! The housing market has shifted from a seller's market to a buyer-friendly environment. Active listings have SURGED 37% 😰over last year.

✅Horry County has a RISING SUPPLY of over 6,300 active single family homes ALONE! Housing supply
has increased by 7 to 9.5 months supply ... In the real estate industry terms, that's NOT good news.

✅With this drastic inventory increase comes a SOFTER list pricing. Single family homes stabilizing at $322,000 to $385,000 median price .. Condos, which are going through a troubling time, are averaging $228,000 to $240,000 median price.

✅All this means buyers have an INCREASED NEGOTIATING POWER. Homes are spending way more time on the market and buyers are getting more leverage with contingency's, repair requests and of course PRICE CUTS
