There is something truly grounding about watching a tall ship move through these waters. Seeing the Kalmar Nyckel circling the Mystic harbor today, just before it hauls out, feels like a direct bridge to our maritime past. ⚓️

In a town with so much history baked into the docks and the salt air, catching a glimpse of those masts against the horizon is a powerful reminder of why this place is so special. Whether she’s heading in for routine maintenance or wrapping up for the season, it’s a sight that never gets old.

Mystic always finds a way to stop you in your tracks. Did anyone else catch her out on the water today? ⛵️✨
