🏡CONGRATULATIONS TO MY BUYERS 🏡

Closing day on this amazing home.

Beyond happy for my buyers who were able to secure this one of a kind home. My buyers first viewed this home a couple months back. They really liked it so we submitted an offer. Unfortunately we got outbid and did not get the house. I got a call a couple weeks later saying that the current buyers were backing out and the seller would now accept our offer.

After inspections and the appraisal my buyers and I were able to negotiate 50,000 of the original offer price!
