I just listed 852 Bank St in New London again. We tried a year ago but no buyer. My seller planned to move here from upstate NY when he rebuilt this property but grand kids and grand
ma are forcing them to stay in NY. Upper two floors are owner's quarters and three apartments on the ground floor pay for all expenses. Who wants to live two miles from the Atlantic Ocean? Let me know.

I stopped at the Raveis Real Estate office on Thursday right after playing tennis with my old buddies. So I am pretty casual looking but fortunately the lovely ladies and gent with me bring better class to this picture of decorating our office Christmas tree. It's the spirit that counts, right?
