🎉 Happy Birthday to Margarida Martins-Querido — who, as you can see, has been advocating fiercely for her clients since approximately age 2. 👓💼 🤣

The glasses. The sequins. The energy that says "I've already read the inspection report and I have questions." Actually, she had questions before the inspection was even scheduled. Some people grow into this career. Margarida was just born ready — and probably tried to negotiate her way out of nap time.
