How's that song go 🎶 Unanswered Prayers. A few years back my friend Pam was on the house hunt. We looked, and looked, AND LOOKED... Put in an offer or two. Even put her house on the market. It just wouldn't pan out. Took a break. We'd go look at a new listing, it just didn't fit. Fast forward- I get a call in December from her saying she's retiring this coming spring and she's moving out of state to be closer to her daughter's and grand babies. We get a game plan for listing her house. A list of all the To Do's. I brought on the assistance of a dear friend to help stage Pam's house. We gathered her heirlooms, trinkets, furniture, brought in decor and took it to the next level. 3 offers later, we closed and everyone couldn't be more pleased. I love helping from start to finish. It can take months to prepare for one of your biggest decisions, whether it be to buy or sell. You've got to love the process in all the highs and lows. Congratulations Pam, I'm so excited for you and all your upcoming adventures!!
