Another solid month in the books for the LTRG office!

This July we added 5 new listings to the market and closed on 7 properties, keeping the momentum strong heading into the second half of the year.

For 3-bedroom homes, the average sales price ranged from $225k to $280k — a clear sign of steady demand and healthy activity in our local market.
