Realistically, you’ve likely bought + sold a home once, maybe twice. The idea of prepping your home, figuring out what needs to be done plus all the unknowns are overwhelming to say the least. Deep breaths 🧘🏻
Luckily for you, I’ve sold A LOT of homes over the past 6 years as a Realtor, so I have a BIT MORE experience behind me to help navigate you through the process. 🧭
Here’s what selling your home with me looks like:
1. We have a quick call to connect, chat about your needs.
2. I come over to see your house, review my Seller Presentation, talk numbers + timelines, & answer all those big scary unknowns for you. If the timing is right & you want to sell…
3. We sit down for Listing Paperwork & a Staging Consult. This is where we finalize timelines, go over prep work to-do’s, etc.
4. Once house is prepped & cleaned- I come in to stage, grab professional photos, film video footage for marketing, & work on our final details!
5. We go LIVE on the market and I’ll be working hard BTS talking to agents, marketing, etc.
6. When offers come in- we’ll sit down and hash it all out and go under contract. Yay!
Okay okay, it’s obviously not quite this simple and there’s A LOT to unpack in each milestone section but I’m here to hold your hand, guide you, advocate for you, & work so hard for your family. You’re WHY is also MINE.
