Mercantile Properties is looking for a reliable, organized and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team!

This position is an important part of our property management operations. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the maintenance process, communicate professionally with tenants, owners, maintenance personnel, and outside vendors, and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.

We are looking for someone who wants more than a temporary job.

Job Description and Skills are listed on the flyer.

Basic knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, or property management, is preferred but not required.

Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, dispatching, customer service, vendor coordination, or a similar role is a plus.

This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, motivated, and able to use good judgement and practical problem-solving skills. We need someone who will take responsibility for making sure this do not fall through the cracks.

A strong desire to work, learn, take initiative, and become a long-term member of our team is extremely important to us.
