Congratulations to the Rhome family on the sale of their home!

This house holds so many special memories. What started as a fixer-upper was taken all the way down to the studs and lovingly transformed into a beautiful home. During their time here, their family grew from three to five, and every corner of this home was filled with love and laughter.

Now, it’s time for a new chapter as another family moves in to create memories of their own.

Fun fact: this home was one of the very first listings I shadowed one of my brokers, Kristi Barnes on when I joined Living Texas Realty Group, making this closing extra special for me!

A huge thank you to Nacogdoches Heritage Title Co. for helping get this one to the closing table, and to Kim Borders, Rustic Pines Realty for a smooth and seamless transaction. It was a pleasure working with all involved!

3 years since I received my Real Estate License! Obtaining my license was truly the first step in my education as a Real Estate professional. There is a lot to learn with each home/land purchase or sale and many different scenarios you don’t see until you are actively practicing in real life scenarios!

Mission NAC, doing amazing things in Nacogdoches! Wow, what a difference 4 days can make when lots of hands are involved! This was the home I was assigned to with Nacogdoches County Board of REALTORS It needed some work but man did our community show up in the best way!

So many churches, construction crews, students, local businesses and many other organizations came together to fix this home and many others.

Grateful for the opportunity to share the love of Christ in others lives.
