At this time, we have a few residents who previously signed and are now looking to backfill their leases for the 2026–2027 lease term. This could be a great opportunity for you or your student to secure a space at Lofts before the school year begins!

Current availability includes:
• 1 male lease in a 2x2 Large
• 1 male lease in a 2x2 Small
• 3 female leases in 2x2 Small floor plans
(Please note: the female spaces are in separate units, not one fully vacant apartment.)

A few important notes:
• Move-in date is currently August 20th
• Students who have already signed a 2026–2027 lease with Lofts are not eligible to take over a backfill lease
• Pricing may vary — please contact the front office for additional details and current rates

Whether your student is a current resident interested in a Takeover, or a future resident needing information about the Backfill process, our leasing team can help walk you through the next steps and explain how the process works. 🤝

The good news is that we currently have a long waitlist of students hoping to live at Lofts, so there is continued interest in our community for the upcoming lease term. 👀

Please keep in mind that while our office is happy to provide guidance, information, and help residents get started, completing a Takeover or Backfill is ultimately the responsibility of the resident listed on the lease.
