Please give us a call and we will be happy to go over what we have available. We offer 1,000 sq ft 2 bed 2 full bath condos with all appliances including FULL SIZE washer and dryers, vent-a-hood microwaves, LARGE refrigerator with ICE MAKER, dishwasher, garbage disposal, wood blinds, and wood burning fireplaces. Each unit also has a private balcony.
All units are 2 bed 2 full bath. The upstairs units are $1,055. The downstairs units are $1,075. This quote is for an unfurnished unit with no bills paid.

Furnished units are also available. Furnishings include: sofa, chair, end table, entertainment center, dining table and chairs.
Both bedrooms include queen bed with mattress & box spring, chest of drawers, and nightstand. The furnishings can be customized on just what you are needing.

If you would like a quote on units with bills paid we will be happy to quote the package you are looking for. Our deposits are $500 per unit and $60 app fee per person.

An additional deposit of $500 is required for furnished units.
NO PETS allowed.

SFA ROOMMATE NEEDED... Preservation Hill Condos has a tenant Nicholas Meza that is needing a roommate for the fall.
Nick is 22yrs old and is a super nice guy and IS VERY CLEAN AND NEAT 😉He will be graduating in December. He has a 2 bed 2 bath condo that he is wanting to share. If you are interested please let me know and I’ll be happy to pass the information along to Nick👍😁
