Our company is seeking an experienced maintenance lead with strong communication skills to oversee the entire team of maintenance personal. The maintainers will report directly to you, so the ideal candidate has the ability to work well with others. The maintenance manager will oversee day-to-day operations and will be responsible for scheduling, employee reviews and disciplinary action.

NOW HIRING TEMPORARY MAKE-READY TECH:

University Courtyards Apartments is currently looking for a Make Ready Technician for hire from now until September 2023.

This person will be responsible for turning over vacant units for move in & must have knowledge which include but is not limited to:
- General plumbing & electrical knowledge
- Sheetrock experience
- Painting experience
-Basic carpentry knowledge
This position will not be limited to just make ready, they will assist our lead maintenance on various tasks throughout the property such as power washing, grounds cleanup, light fixture cleanings, etc.

MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND.
Working hours are from 8:30AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required depending on work load as we go into our busiest time of the year.

Salary: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
