We're almost ready to list our newest rental property on Airbnb, with its stunning interior and fixtures that will be fully installed and operational this week, after which Stephanie will take it all the way home and make it amazing. Mantle project is moving along. Up to 180 grit and did a wipe down to get the sawdust cleared off. Pictures don’t do it justice, the Cherry streaks are pretty amazing. Cutting to length tomorrow and dry fit before final sand and epoxy.

Elwood was so excited for his new bed he wait for me to take the tag off. 3 hours ago he was a hot mess during a thunder and lightening storm west of Nashville that had him in such a drooling panic. He is walked, cooled off and had dinner so hoping he will sleep tonight. 🤞🏼
