Alicia Vinzant Realtor - Homes Of Idaho I grew up in Blackfoot, Idaho and made my move to the Treasure Valley in 2009. I couldn't imagine my life elsewhere. My family is always number 1.

After my career in Property Management, it felt logical to transition my career to residential resales as a Realtor. I began my Real Estate career in 2022, assisting Realtors and providing office management support for the Real Estate Solutions Idaho branch. I obtained my sales license in 2023, and still manage the Real Estate Solutions Idaho branch. In 2023, I was recognized for over 1+ million i

n sales for my first year and the fast starter club with Homes Of Idaho. I have a strong work ethic, allowing me to maintain great communication, organization, multi-tasking, integrity, productivity, and accountability. I also offer Transaction Coordinator services to Realtors. As times change, I stay up-to-date with marketing changes. I am a tech-savvy individual, which allows me to produce top-notch marketing products for my sellers, providing a better service to my clients. Being an Idaho Native also provides me better knowledge about the Idaho Real Estate market. I specialize in first-time home buyers, transaction coordinating, and residential resales, and have a great connection with a custom home builder in the Treasure Valley. While I devote my time to building relationships with Realtors, builders, and clients, I am also a mother and wife. I have been blessed with my husband Calvin of 7 years, and our two beautiful children. Learning how to balance work life and home life has been one of my greatest successes. Aside from being a full-time Realtor and full-time mother, my family and I create core memories exploring the beautiful state of Idaho. I am a part of the FL4T and Idaho Subaru Club here in the Treasure Valley. I enjoy learning about cars and have worked for the last few years to restore my 2008 STI.
