How much are they?

* Typically around 2%–5% of the purchase price
* Example: On a $350,000 home → about $7,000–$17,500

Who pays them?

* Buyers: Most of the closing costs
* Sellers: Usually pay agent commissions + some title fees
* BUT, buyers can often negotiate for the seller to cover some of their closing costs (you probably do this a lot 👀)

When do you pay them?

* At closing (signing day) usually wired or with a cashier’s check
