I began my interest in real estate in 1989. I worked for a company in Caldwell, Idaho, Valli Information Systems, that produced the multiple listings book for current homes for sale and homes sold. Yes. A spiral bound, tangible book. Things have changed a lot since then. I have had the great privilege of working with clients that have become like family to me. I have been through the ups and downs and I am still here with the knowledge and experience to help my people. I am dedicated to professionalism and integrity. My business goal and philosophy go hand-in-hand. My clients are my top priority and I focus on delivering the very best possible results for them. It is important to me to identify their goals and establish priorities when it comes to filling their needs. I pride myself in following a very strict code of ethics which has earned me the respect of my clients and realtor community. I treat my buyers and sellers in the same professional manner I would expect if I were buying or selling property. (It's the Golden Rule.) I believe that has been one of the keys to my success. It really is about relationships to me. My goal is to be your "Realtor For Life." I am honored to serve and be a part of a team. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during, and after a sale.
My mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. I strive to make every transaction as efficient, and stress-free as possible, keeping my client's best interests top of mind as I negotiate on their behalf.
Through her superior service and dedication to her clients she has attained success that continues to expand, and it is reflected by her sales. She is committed to helping her clients through the complete home buying or selling process, helping them make the right decisions for them, and following up "after the sale" to be sure they are okay. Even with her extraordinary dedication to her clients, Natalie makes time for her family. She enjoys watching football, skiing, bowling, cooking, & traveling (and not necessarily in that order).
Natalie's believes in education and is involved in continuing education on an on-going basis.

After moving from a small town in Arkansas to Idaho in 1977, I chose to make my home in Caldwell to be near family and have lived here ever since. I've had the privilege and honor to help many families buy their dream home.
