This was a very special closing, Maddy Duncan is my great niece and holds a very special place in my heart ❤️. When she asked me last year to help look for a house, we started, but then their was a marriage to an amazing man, Cole, (i said lets wait and focus on your wedding) then came my great, great nephew just a few months ago.. this young couple has accomplished so much in such a short time..& I am so very proud of both of them.. (the great, GREAT with my new nephew makes me feel, extra, EXTRA OLD). MARRIAGE, BABY & A HOUSE (Did I say brand new never lived in house) Maddy & Cole, keep up the great work!
