on. I am a second generation realtor and grew up with real estate my entire life. I jokingly say "I eat, drink, and sleep real estate". I have expertise when it comes to rentals and income properties. I know how to make numbers work for you. I grew up working rentals with my parents and have owned several of my own rental properties. I am also very familiar with short sales and foreclosures. I understand how the banks work and effectively get properties bought and sold for my clients. In my spare time I especially enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 boys. I enjoy being outdoors and in warm weather. I know hard work and am not afraid of it. I became an eagle scout in 1995 and have also helped lead youth in the community through Boy Scouts of America. One of my favorite achievements is serving a two year mission for my church in 1997-1999 in Trinidad, West Indies and Guyana, SouthAmerica. I loved working with the people there and will always have an affection for working with people in third world countries.
