La realidad: según datos de la Asociación Nacional de Realtors (NAR), el comprador promedio de primera vez tiene un ingreso modesto y aún así califica con la preparación adecuada.

Por eso es tan importante saber desde antes qué documentos y requisitos piden los bancos.
