POV: It’s 2:17am and instead of sleeping like a normal person… I’m mentally reviewing inspection responses, appraisal timelines, and whether we should counter that sales price? 😅

Did the lender get the updated docs?
Is the septic scheduled?
Is my seller stressing?
Is my buyer excited?
My brain doesn’t clock out… it negotiates in its sleep. 🏡✨
