🏡 SOLD!!! 🎉

This one was a journey — 165 days on the market, countless showings, a lot of patience, and finally… SOLD! 🙌

And this closing is such a great reminder that selling a home is about so much more than putting a sign in the yard and waiting for an offer.

The showing that ultimately turned into our buyer was one I personally followed up with several times. After connecting with the buyer’s agent, answering questions, discussing the property, and communicating what my sellers were willing to do to help make the transaction work, the buyers and their agent decided to write an offer — an offer they weren’t planning to submit before our conversation.

THAT is why communication, collaboration, follow-up, and having an agent who actively works to get your home sold matters. 💪

Sometimes getting to the closing table takes persistence, creativity, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work — and this one was worth it!
